The Browns play home games at the Cleveland Browns Stadium, previously known as FirstEnergy Stadium from the 2013-2022 seasons. The stadium is located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The stadium was built right off of Lake Erie, which makes for very cold, windy and snowy games in December and January.
- Capacity: 67,431
- Opened: July 1999
- Location: Downtown Cleveland, next to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and right off Lake Erie
- First NFL game played at stadium: Week 1, 1999 (Sept. 12): Browns lost 43-0 vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers
Get to Know the Cleveland Browns Roster
The Cleveland Browns need to fill many holes in their roster during the 2025 offseason. They have a few pieces in place, but with the draft still a month away, the Brownsโ roster is still unknown. Check back at the start of the 2025 season for the most updated roster.
2025 Cleveland Browns Manager and Head Coach
- General manager: Andrew Berry
- Head coach: Kevin Stefanski
- Coach record: 41-46 (.471)
General manager Andrew Berry and coach Kevin Stefanski were both hired into their current roles prior to the 2020 season and are entering their sixth season working in tandem. Berry and Stefanski led the Browns to the playoffs in their first season together; the Browns went 11-5 in 2020 and even won their first playoff game since 1994. Unfortunately, the last few seasons have not gone as smoothly; the Browns finished with a 3-14 record in 2024.
2025 Cleveland Browns Offense
QB Deshaun Watson suffered a season-ending injury in Week 7 of the 2024 season; he then re-ruptured his Achilles tendon in January 2025 and is now highly unlikely to play in 2025. This leaves QB Jameis Winston, who took over for Watson in 2024. Winston is currently a free agent, but the Browns did acquire QB Kenny Pickett in a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles. It is still unknown who will be named the starting quarterback.
RB Nick Chubb sustained a season-ending injury early on in 2023 and missed the first six games of the 2024 season. He then fractured his foot in Week 15, ending his season. Chubb is currently a free agent. TE David Njoku was selected 29th overall in the 2017 draft and has consistently produced for the Browns. In 2023, Njoku had 882 receiving yards and six touchdowns. His 2024 season wasnโt as successful, but he still recorded 505 receiving yards and five TDs.
2025 Cleveland Browns Defense
Browns All-Pro edge rusher Myles Garrett is one of the biggest defensive stars in the NFL. Garrett won the 2023 Defensive Player of the Year and finished the 2024 season with 14 sacks, the second most in the NFL. The Browns have locked in Garrett for four more years. Rookie defensive tackle Michael Hall Jr. suffered a knee injury in Week 18 of the 2024 season but is expected to play in the 2025-26 season.
Cleveland Browns FAQs
After re-rupturing his Achilles tendon in January 2025, it is highly unlikely Deshaun Watson will play in the 2025 season. QB Jameis Winston is a free agent, but the Browns signed QB Kenny Pickett in FA. It is still unknown who the starting quarterback will be for the Browns.
The voice of the Browns was Jim Donovan, who had been the voice of the Cleveland Browns on WKYC Channel 3 and the radio since 1999. Donovan passed away in October 2024, and Andrew Siciliano took over as he new play-by-play announcer for Cleveland.
The most popular Browns player at the moment is DE Myles Garrett, who just signed a four-year contract extension with the team. Other popular players include running back Nick Chubb and tight end David Njoku. Chubb is currently a free agent.
The Cleveland Browns finished the 2024-25 season with a 3-14 record, finishing last in the AFC North. The 2025-26 season has yet to start, but the Browns have the longest odds of winning the division.
The majority of Browns games air on WOIO-TV CBS 19, Cleveland. Some of their games in 2025 will also air on FOX, CBS, NBC, ESPN and Prime Video.
