Junior Ryan Conwell officially entered the transfer portal after averaging 16.5 points per game for the Xavier Musketeers, leaving many head coaches around the country to scramble to land the Indianapolis native. With that in mind, BetOhio.com - home to all things Ohio sports betting - compiled a list of landing spots for Conwell’s services, with hypothetical odds on where the third-year star would go next before his eventual commitment to Pat Kelsey and Louisville.

Louisville Lands Ryan Conwell

Given his connection with Miller, it seemed logical to assume that Conwell would follow his former head coach Sean Miller to UT, with the ‘Horns initially topping our list for the now-former Xavier guard, at +200. Conwell has already suited up for three NCAA teams in as many years, though, having started his collegiate career at USF before moving on to Indiana State and Xavier in successive seasons.

The three-star guard in the class of 2022 chose USF over mid-major programs like App State, Ball State, East Illinois and Evansville, but should have a lot more competition for his services this go-round.

In the end, Conwell went with the Cardinals, who had a bounce back season under first-year coach Kelsey, going 27-8 overall and 18-2 in ACC play.
